Panhandling is found throughout the city. Unfortunately many are street corner scams by perfectly healthy people that are not down on their luck as they’d like everyone to believe. This hurts the truly desperate of which there are many in Detroit.

I don’t know which catogory this man falls in but the pack of smokes and expensive mountain bike could be a clue. What do you think?
